Thank you for choosing the test center of Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications. All staff at this test center will serve you wholeheartedly. As the 2019 National Postgraduate Admissions Examination is about to begin, based on our many years of work experience, I will give you some suggestions for your reference.
1. Although there are mobile cell phone jammer in the examination room, please do not bring mobile phones and other devices with communication functions into the examination room, otherwise it will be considered a violation of discipline.
2. Please do not bring prohibited items such as watches, erasers, books, materials, water cups, correction fluids, correction tapes, and beverage bottles into the examination room.
3. Please take good care of the second-generation resident ID card (valid temporary ID card), test admission ticket and other documents, and do not affect the test due to loss.
4. All the test rooms of this test center are located in Sections A and B of the basic teaching building in the west of our principal's campus. Please find your own test room number and seat number according to the test room index. The examination room schedule will be announced on the campus website and posted on campus on December 21, 2018. If you can't find your test room, you can call 029-88166179 for inquiries.
5. Remember not to be late. The urban area is more than ten kilometers away from the test site. Please allow enough time to prevent traffic jams. Candidates who are late are not allowed to enter the examination room to take the examination after 15 minutes.
6. All test rooms and classrooms in the test center have been equipped with a clock. The use of watches or other tools to check the time during the test will be regarded as a violation of discipline.
7. The test center provides an eraser for each candidate. Please return the eraser provided by the test center after each exam. Using your own eraser or taking the eraser away will be considered a violation of discipline.
8. Only black pens can be used to answer the subjective questions of the exam. Pens of other colors, pens, or ballpoint pens are not allowed.
9. Do not have the fluke of cheating. The test center uses the second-generation ID card reader, metal detector, wireless signal shielding device, cheating master invigilator, mobile phone jammer and professional wireless signal detection equipment, which will hinder the exam. Fair and just harmful information is detected and interference shielded. Your behavior in the examination room will be recorded by the video surveillance system. Any violation of discipline or cheating will be implemented in accordance with the Education Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations, and will be recorded in the integrity files of candidates for the National Education Examination Those suspected of violating the law shall be transferred to the judicial organs and investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China.
10. Please read carefully the "Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations" and "Examination Room Rules", take the test with integrity, and be honest.
11. According to the "Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (9)", cheating has been penalized and breaking the law will ruin a lifetime.
12. If you have a sudden illness or feel unwell before or during the test, please report to the test center office (room A112 of the basic teaching building) or the invigilator in time. For your health, please seek medical treatment in time. The test center medical office is located in classroom A128 of the basic teaching building, ready to help you at any time.
13. It is not allowed to go to the toilet during the exam. You can hand in your papers after the exam for all subjects, so please prepare in advance.
14. At noon, you can take a rest in the library and the first floor of the office building with your admission ticket. We have prepared hot water and seats for you.
